Refund Policy

Customers are welcome to demo our software for a maximum of 30 days. This period gives our customers the time to determine if Appraisium PMS is suitable for their organisation.

Once a purchase is made for our On-Premise Perpetual License solution, refund will not be provided.

For our Appraisium SAAS Cloud solution, customers can seize to use our solutions and stop their subscription whenever this is required. This decision can be made to Appraisium through our designated contact details on the Contact page.
